Adam Barefoot is the creator of The Midnight Society and a freelance video production company called PEGLEG MEDIA. He has been interested in the paranormal and purchased his first camcorder to go on ghost hunts back in 2003, long before there were any Ghost Hunting shows on TV or any existance of youtube.

After failing to see anything of the paranormal on over 20 trips to haunted locations in North Carolina where Ghost Lights were suppose to be seen on a regular basis, he doubted the paranormal may exist. His mission is to see something unexplainable because it would a feeling that would change the way one thinks and looks at the world. He is open to the possibility that anything could happen, but without yet seeing a single phenomenon he finds it harder and harder to believe in dreams and wishes.
